1. About JetStream Lending Company

JetStream Lending Company is a licensed, non-delegated correspondent mortgage lender. We provide residential mortgage financing solutions and related services to eligible customers. All loans are subject to credit approval, verification, and applicable federal and state laws.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use our website in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or networks

  • Use our content for any purpose without our prior written consent

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting an inquiry, application, or other information through our website does not guarantee approval for a mortgage loan. All loan approvals are subject to credit review, underwriting guidelines, and investor requirements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on this website are the property of JetStream Lending Company or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our express written permission.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, in writing, or verbally, you consent to receive recurring text messages from JetStream Lending Company at the number provided. These messages may include:

  • Responses to your inquiries

  • Application and loan status updates

  • Document requests

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Relevant mortgage market updates or offers

Consent is not a condition to apply for or obtain a mortgage and does not create any binding obligation on either party. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at customersupport@jetstreamloans.com or 513-577-4128.

We will use your mobile number and text message details only in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we will not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

This Section applies specifically to recurring SMS/text message programs. Consent to other forms of contact, including telephone calls, is addressed in Section 6 (Telephone and Electronic Communications Consent).”

6. Telephone and Electronic Communications Consent

a. Consent to Be Contacted. By providing your telephone number(s), email address, or other contact information to JetStream Lending Company — whether through our website, a loan application or inquiry, a point-of-sale platform, in writing, or verbally — you expressly consent to be contacted by JetStream Lending Company, and by our employees, agents, and service providers acting on our behalf, regarding your inquiry, application, loan, or account, and regarding mortgage products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you. This contact may occur by:

  • Live telephone calls;
  • Prerecorded or artificial voice messages;
  • Calls or text messages placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology;
  • Email; and
  • Other electronic means, at the contact information you have provided.

b. Do Not Call Registries. You agree that we may contact you at the number(s) you provide even if that number is listed on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call registry. Your express consent under this Section applies notwithstanding any such registration.

c. Wireless Numbers; Charges. Your consent applies to any wireless (mobile) number you provide. Standard message, data, and airtime rates may apply according to your carrier’s plan, and you are responsible for any such charges.

d. Consent Not a Condition. Your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls or text messages is not a condition of applying for, obtaining, or maintaining any loan, product, or service from JetStream Lending Company. If you do not wish to provide this consent, you may contact us directly at 513-577-4128 to discuss your inquiry or application.

e. Call Recording and Monitoring. You consent to the recording and monitoring of telephone calls between you and JetStream Lending Company for quality assurance, training, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes.

f. Electronic Delivery of Communications. You consent to receive records, notices, disclosures, and other communications relating to your inquiry, application, or loan electronically, including by email or through a secure online platform, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Certain disclosures may be subject to separate electronic-consent (E-SIGN) procedures, which will be presented to you at the appropriate time. If you wish to receive paper copies of any communication, or to withdraw your consent to electronic delivery, contact us using the information in Section 12 (Contact Us). We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law.

g. Revoking Your Consent. You may revoke your consent to receive calls, text messages, or electronic communications at any time by any reasonable means, including by:

  • Replying STOP (or a similar opt-out keyword such as QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE) to any text message;
  • Telling a JetStream Lending representative during a call that you no longer wish to be contacted;
  • Emailing customersupport@jetstreamloans.com; or
  • Calling: 800-577-8424

We will honor your revocation within a reasonable time not to exceed ten (10) business days of receipt. Revoking consent to automated calls or texts will not prevent us from contacting you manually, by mail, or by other lawful means where necessary to service your loan, and does not affect communications you are entitled or required to receive under applicable law.

h. Accuracy of Contact Information. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of any telephone number you provide, and you agree to notify us promptly if you release, change, or deactivate that number so that we do not inadvertently contact a reassigned number.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of any third-party websites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetStream Lending Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification
