SMS/Text Messaging Policy

This SMS/Text Messaging Policy explains how we collect, use, and manage text message communications in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 10DLC carrier requirements, and other applicable laws.

1. Program Description

  • Send appointment confirmations or reminders

  • Share relevant mortgage market updates or offers

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your activity, inquiries, or loan status. You may receive multiple messages per week during an active application process, and fewer once your transaction is complete.

3. Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting on our website, in writing, or verbally, you agree to receive recurring text messages from JetStream Lending Company, LLC at the number provided. Consent is not required to apply for or obtain a mortgage, and it does not create any obligation on either party.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. However, we are not responsible for any delays in message delivery that may occur due to carrier issues.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Text message details and your mobile number will be used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
