Rex has been in the financial work since 1981, which means his clients have decades of experience and knowledge at their disposal.

He understands that the mortgage process can be long and tedious. Often there are lots of questions and concerns as clients go through the home purchase or refinance process. Rex prides himself on helping his clients navigate the tricky waters of mortgage. He is always timely with answers to clients’ questions and has a deep understanding of the loan process from start to finish. He knows that process works best with clear communication and he provides it!

With a Bachelor of Finance degree from University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University, Rex has spent his life helping people find financial success. His desire is to help people understand what a significant role a house can play in building wealth and how strategic refinancing can put you in a better financial position. Beyond all of that, he understands that a home is a stable foundation for families to thrive and is humbled by the opportunity to play a part in helping his clients obtain that by providing mortgage options that lead to financial success.

Outside of work, Rex enjoys time on the golf course and spending time with family – especially his 5 grandchildren.

SHOP

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

LOAN APPLICATION

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

UNDERWRITING

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

CLOSING

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
