Patty has taught at both the University of Cincinnati and the University of Dayton and spent years in the financial and real estate industry. Both her academic and professional experience, along with dedicated hard work enable her to serve clients with purchases, refinances and debt consolidation in multiple states. She believes that to help clients make sound financial decisions about one of their most important investments – their home – involves knowing the business, the products and caring about clients. She puts it this way, “This is not a transactional – once and done – business. It’s not even about selling, although many may believe that. It’s about knowing how to save clients’ money and building authentic relationships while you do it. It’s about trust. There’s little that is more rewarding than having a client call me to help them again down the road. That’s how success is defined for me.”
